"During my stay at Capsule Hotel, I encountered some serious issues. Upon check-in, I was assigned a capsule, only to discover that it had not been cleaned or prepared after the previous guest's departure. The bed was unmade and the capsule appeared to have been used. "I would never recommend this place, the bathrroms were very dirty and only 1 bathroom was in working order. The toilets was clogged and very disgusting, it's also noisy and I felt very uncomfortable stayinf there. I feel like I should get a reimbursement for not having a working toilet!!!"

"The look of the dorms is terrible. They need major improvements since decades but nothing changed. Mattress are very poor quality, slacked linen fleeping from the mattress, no appropriate large enough lockers in the dorms, no sound proof, no privacy curtains for every beds in the dorms despite several requests for that, but unfortunately, the manager prefer to keep this as it is... ! The only thing saving that hostel is the breakfast. "
