We had a great stay in La Grande Motte and were pleasantly surprised by the destination, with lovely architecture, trees, and bike paths. The hotel is close to the Etang du Ponant, making for a really nice setting. The bungalows have been renovated, spacious, with comfortable beds, and the air conditioning worked well, though it was positioned right above the bed, so we felt it blowing on us all night. As for activities, we went wakesurfing, which was great. The kids enjoyed the mini jeeps and evening entertainment, and my husband loved playing tennis. In the evening, you could watch the flamingos fly by. We loved having cocktails at the bar each evening, it became a bit of a ritual. A few things could be improved: the buffet was often too crowded and noisy, especially in the morning, and we found the food average. The kids club did not win us over, as the activities were not very elaborate given the great setting. We would have liked an indoor gym, since the heat made outdoor exercise unpleasant. Finally, the front desk staff were not very welcoming: at check-in, we were simply handed our keys with no further guidance, and we felt like we were bothering them. No simple amenities were offered, such as a mailbox or the chance to buy basic necessities like shampoo.

Super cadre , le lieu est vraiment super par contre attention aux moustiques de Camargue … Le complexe est vraiment agréable les piscines sont supers belles et propres. Par contre j’ai essayé le buffet pour le petit déjeuné que j’ai trouvé un peu décevant , on m’avait annoncé des pancakes finalement dispo qu’en vacances scolaires, il n’y avait pas de jus fraîchement pressé, peu de choix de céréales, peu de choix de fromages pour le salé. Du coup, je ne me suis ni aventurée sur les repas, ni sur les autres petits déjeunés. Concernant le logement en lui même c’est tout petit donc avec des enfants on est vite les uns sur les autres mais le fait d’avoir un logement indépendant est vraiment appréciable, niveau linge de lit il y a tout qui est fourni, par contre pour la cuisine j’ai trouvé que ça manquait de cuillères en bois, ciseaux, râpe.. afin de cuisiner confortablement. Je recommande tout de même car les installations sont vraiment superbes et que la région est super belle

Chambre rénovée mais la machine à laver la vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas il faut penser à tout vérifier avant la location Le personnel est très gentil Super pour les enfants , avec des jeux en plein air Une piscine chauffée et l’autre non mais elles sont magnifiques !! Point très important pour la direction : le staff en voiturette roule BEAUCOUP trop VITE dans les allées !! 25KM c’est impensable vu le nombres d enfants dans le club !!

Semaine passée dans un égout, malgré avoir signalé les odeurs insoutenables du logement personne n a rien fait. On devait nous appeler pour nous reloger, on attend encore leur appel. Même pas un geste commercial. On ne reviendra pas

J'ai déjà eu l'occasion de séjourner dans un appart hôtel Belambra. L'avis global est positif, la piscine chauffée est un argument notable. Toutefois, la propreté reste à améliorer : la porte d'entrée est sale ( surface sous et au dessus de la poignée). Il en va de même pour les portes des placards de cuisine. La chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas correctement. Le bouchon du lavabo reste bloqué. Un travail doit être fait. Ce serait bien que la prochaine fois que je reviendrai, l'avis sur l'état des lieux soit meilleur.

Notre sejour a mal commencé Reception des cles maxi 20h et malheureusement mercredi pont beaucoup beaucoup de monde sur la route .nous avons appeler au moins 20 fois personne au bout du fils honteux . Une amie etait au grau du roi elle a etait chercher les cles fort heureusement sinom je dormez dehors apres 5h de route . Le menage horrible pas propre du tout on a les photos a l appuis puis la douche le tuyau etait cassez bref pour un debut de saisons tous doit etre verifier . Dessus de Bellambra on ne le conseillera pas .tres mauvaise experience .
