We got a room with the balcony and it came with a magnificent view. The atmosphere of the town was so quiet and peaceful. During our stay we visited a local pizza place named Piru Pizza and it was mouth-watering. We went back twice in a week. I’ll be recommending this hotel for years to come and look forward...

"A perfect location for my single night stay in Pisa. The staff were welcoming and cheerful and extremely helpful. My room was small but everything was well presented, spotlessly clean, and all the fittings and equipment worked. Bed very comfortable too. Just around the corner from the fusion and leaning tower and some good eating places on the street right outside. Excellent!"

"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre. Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great."

My only other observation is that the bathroom is not completely sealed off from the room, unlike what you typically find in hotels in Asia. As a result, sounds from the bathroom can be heard quite clearly in the room, which can be slightly uncomfortable."
