Hotel excelente

Excelente hotel, limpeza em dia, equipe atenciosa. Café da manhã bem completo, falta uma coisinha ou outra, mas nada que prejudique. Localização excelente, perto de tudo, da pra ir a pé pra quase tudo que precisa, restaurante, farmácia, etc. E tem uma vista linda pra igreja e pra cidade da varanda. A única coisa que não é tão bom é não ter uma chave digital de acesso ao quarto em cartão, pra facilitar. Ainda são meio antigos nesse ponto, e precisa deixar a chave ao sair. Então nunca se pode ir da garagem direto para o quarto, sempre tem que ir na recepção pegar a chave. Mas num geral, o hotel é excelente. Só não tive tempo de conhecer a piscina

Hotel sente o peso da idade. Instalações antigas!

Atendimento da recepção muito bom na minha chegada. Infelizmente no quarto o colchão era velho e a sensação de estar dormindo com a cabeça mais baixa que os pés porque ele já estava deformado pelo uso. Banheiro com paredes sujeira crônica de gordura e vazando. Após o banho o chão ficou todo molhado. Tive a infelicidade de matar 2 baratas na madrugada quando acordei para usar o banheiro. Café da manhã simples, mas honesto. Exatamente o que eu esperei encontrar.

Os funcionários todos excelentes e gentis! O quarto é bastante amplo e o café da manhã continua excelente! Assim como em outras avaliações que li antes, o hotel está precisando de manutenção. A água da ducha não esquenta, acredito que devido a vazão de água exagerada nas duchas em todos os apartamentos e com isto o aquecedor não consegue esquentar a água de forma satisfatória. Isto também resulta em um desperdício da água. Fica a sugestão de trocar a ducha por uma com menor vazão e ajudar o aquecedor a ser mais eficiente, além de auxiliar na economia de agua.
