The hotel was clean and nice place to stay . The staff were great friendly so helpful. Loved the area close to Santa Lucia Park, and l Rey Del Cabrinito . The only thing I didn’t like was you can hear all the noice from the other room they had loud music and tu can hear when they opened there door ( I thought it was our room ) and our room . Didn’t have any window . And it didn’t have coffee in the room . Why husband loves coffee early morning

It’s great location for walking to the museums. It’s central to a lot of things. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The only problem I had is there are not hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. None. We asked about some and the ladies just changed our towels out. While I’m speaking of towels…we got two. No more. One for each of us. Ladies need at least two towels. One for your body and one for your hair. It was all strange. I’ll be back to visit, but wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Room was very clean. walls are thin though so you’ll be able to hear people talk, open/close their doors, etc. The floor in my room stayed moist when I took a shower. I stayed two nights and it never got better. Other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel close to a lot of places. Make sure you check with them prior to booking if you’ll get a room with a window. Mine didn’t.

Nice hotel in a central location many shops and places to eat all around. Bed was comfortable and room was clean, air conditioning worked great. All the places around the hotel close at 10 pm so you will need to go farther to get food after that. There is no cable they stream so many hours when people want to watch it doesn’t work! If that doesn’t matter then this is a good place.

Es la segunda vez que eligo el hotel, pero en esta ocasión no le doy 5 estrellas porque la primer noche la TV se apagaba sola la prendiamos y se volvía a apagar, al día siguiente funcionó pero el internet estaba súper lento y la TV bien trabada como que era vieja o no sé, el lavabo del baño estaba como tapado cuando nos lavabamos las manos o cepillabamos los dientes se hacia una alberca :/ ya después se iba poco a poco, de ahí en más todo bien limpieza, el aire mantuvo fresco la habitación, es céntrico y seguro andar, solo por esos inconvenientes les doy 4 en lugar de 5.
Esta cerca de varios lugares y puede ir y venir uno a pie sin problema, es seguro
