No hay personal al pendiente, las instalaciones están sucias. De que te entregan la habitación ya no ves a nadie, hasta si se te acaba el papel del baño tienes que resolverlo. El agua para bañarse tarda mucho en calentarse y eso está terrible para la sequía que se vive actualmente.

La ubicación esta excelente, solo deberían mejorar su atención al huésped, se tardan en contestar mensajes, o no contestan, te piden te comuniques para acordar la llegada pero pues no te responden nada... Solo eso, las instalaciones están muy bien, limpias, accesibles, y sus alrededores son seguros... Pero si poner más atención en la atención al huésped (valga la redundancia)...

No deberían obrecer esa casa de huéspedes no hay con quien te comuniques ni quién te reciba tienes que estar esperando a que alguien abra para q te den tu habitación después de varias horas porque no la tienen listas, súper sucio lleno de pulgas y chiches no sirve la televisión, fue mue mala experiencia cero porciento recomendado, los que piensan reservar consideren las opiniones la verdad muy mala experiencia te vas y así comk nadie te recibe a nadie puedes entregar las llaves solo se dejan en el mostrador

La peor propiedad en toda mi vida en expedia. Habia chinches y animales en el colchon. Se les comento la primera noche y no hicieron nada al respecto. Lo peor de nuevo leon.
