If you are looking at this property for your stay in Monterosso al Mare, stop looking and book it! You will not be disappointed!! Great look location, good assortment for breakfast, comfortable beds, and fantastic hosts. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 Hotel!

Close proximity to the beach, restaurants and train station…bedding is kind of an issue since they use twin beds pushed together… staff is the plus here since they really go out of their way to make sure your travels are safe and comfortable…

Manuel at reception was so helpful. He went out of his way to assist us. We had SIM card issues, he called the provider for us and stayed on the phone long time to resolve our issue. He went beyond his job description to make us feel at home. Great location, 3 mint walk to the beach. I will go back for sure.

We opted for this location because it was a quick walk to the train station. Easy walk to food. Staff were amazing. We had an AC unit to use if needed. We laughed because we didn’t know what the stool was for until we realized it was how you access the patio out the window - climbing out. We never got to use it anyway as it rained. There’s a little grocery shop nearby. The breakfast was so good. Beds weren’t the most comfortable. Sort of like sleeping on the floor with a camping mat. The 3rd bed was a cot and my adult daughter said it was low, a bit tilted (head lower than feet), and not that comfy. On the first day we meant to put up the do not disturb sign and forgot. The very amazing staff folded everything my husband and daughter left all over the room. We felt bad about that but it showed how hard they work! Bathroom was great. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

The whole staff is very friendly. Breakfast is provided but selection is limited - it is the same items everyday. Our room was no-frills, but clean! Area is safe & convenient. We ate lunch at the companion property- Belvedere- near the walkway to Old Town - delicious meal, great wait staff too.

Manuel was SO nice! Everything was smooth and easy. It's a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and the beachfront promenade. Monterosso is the best of the Cinque Terre, (in my humble opinion). We had a wonderful time. Get two beach chairs and an umbrella for 35 euro and just relax all day! We highly recommend Hotel Punta Mesco!

LOVED this place from start to finish! We were greeted by front desk person Manuel - very friendly, welcoming and helpful, answering all our questions about the hike between the 5 towns before we could even ask them. The room, in fact the hotel, was lovely, with nice decorative touches and tiles; the room was moderately sized but plenty of room for the two of us, with a little deck off the room. Staff, from front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast service were all friendly, accommodating and excellent, and the breakfast - included in our room price - was lovely. The hotel is located a 7-10 minute walk from the train station with lots of restaurant options nearby (including one with a Michelin star); and only about a block and a half from the beach. We definitely recommend this place.

The location is perfect, so close from the train station. Manuel is very welcoming, and our check in is a breeze. The hotel is very clean and nice. Breakfast is complete with lots of options and fruits! I will sure recommend your place to family and friends!

The owner of the hotel was so friendly and helpful! He helped us park our car (and let us park there even though we were there before check-in) and also gave us our room early. In addition, he helped give us maps and train schedules and gave us some advice based on the weather. Overall appreciated how easygoing and friendly he was! We had been stressed given the drive out was long and very windy and our whole second day was forecasted for rain, but he helped us get settled and relax. Also, the location can't be beat, RIGHT off the main strip and waterfront just a block away. Easy to walk everywhere from the hotel.
