The property is spotless, very well maintained, and beautifully cared for by the owner. The staff (including the owner himself) are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The inn has a wonderful view and such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere – the perfect place to sit with a book or simply recharge. Everything feels organized and calm.

"Having read previous reviews that criticized the reception, staff, excessively loud A/C, uncomfortable beds, etc, I arrived with definite worries. Our stay could not have been better!!! The hotel was filled to capacity, but our check-in was completely smooth, even with our early arrival. The bathroom was spacious with a fabulous shower with strong water pressure. "It was wonderful there! The moment we arrived we were enthusiastically greeted, offered brownies, help with luggage, shown room, and more. The room was really clean, the bed very comfortable, and furnishings up to date. Breakfast included food choices, inside or out on the patio, and quick service. The people who worked there were friendly and caring. We hope to return next time we’re in the area. "

"Chatham Travel lodge was well situated for our trip further north. The area is beautiful. The town of Chatham is close by with restaurants and shopping. The guests in the room above us were noisy for a while, but not after 10 pm. The lodge is old, but the room was clean and perfect for a one night stopover."

The front desk gentleman at check-in was awesome, very friendly and upbeat.
This is your basic Roadside Motel, there are eateries and fuel literally right down the road, and very convenient to I-90, right off Route 22.
I intend on using this Motel again when up there!

"We were attracted to the overall ambiance of Whistler's Inn. A charming B&B that was nearby the main area of Lenox, as well as within shouting distance of many places of interest. Our main contact, Lisa, went out of her way to keep us informed about our upcoming stay, and then did so much to make us feel welcome. Our only "4" rating was due to the number of stairs we had to negotiate. Overall, don't hesitate to consider Whistler's Inn for your next Berkshires visit."
