Many complaints from staff that the children should not play in the pool 😡 Very good aircondition 😊 In general a nice place - wich can improve the cleaning and more friendly staff."

"Bellezza resort is truly beleza (beautiful), extremely clean, very well built, the views are amazing and the staff is, as well! The spa was inoperative (if it had been operable, there is an added fee to use it). My suggestion is to have a few TV stations in English - when it rains, a movie in English would be nice. Besides those two issues, Bellezza was absolutely wonderful! Thank you for having me!"
