The property is delightful, and the amenities in the adjacent hotel, pool, spa, bar and restaurant very pleasant. On the down side the bar was poorly staffed on both evenings during our stay with one staff member being expected to cope with coach parties, restaurant orders and provide table service from the bar. Thankfully she was very courteous and we were patient 👍.

Dependance dell'Hotel Michelangelo in una villa adiacente, che regala al soggiorno un'atmosfera di charme, un tocco in più rispetto ai consueti anonimi arredi di un albergo tradizionale. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo e ottima prima colazione (nella sede principale) con personale molto simpatico. Peccato unicamente il bagno, con una strana soluzione doccia occupante la quasi totalità della superficie, e una perdita dal bidet non risolta nonostante l'aver avvisato la reception del problema

Впечатления от отеля плохие. Забронированный номер предоставили только на второй день, одну ночь пришлось жить в номере гораздо меньшего размера, при этом кроме дежурного "мы сожалеем" ничего не услышали. Цену за эту ночь не снизили и даже не предложили помощь при переезде в другой корпус. Через два дня, без предупреждения и согласования времени начали ремонт пола в номере над нами. Испортили день отдыха, а ведь это термальный курорт и после процедур требуется отдых, и опять ничего кроме "извините вам придется потерпеть один день" мы не услышали. Мало того на рецепции нам пообещали, что через час закончат. Обманули! На этом отвратительное отношение к клиентам не закончилось. Через два дня, вернувшись в номер после процедур в термах, опять услышали вой шлифовальной машины над головой, и так до вечера. Хозяйка гостиницы заявила, что ничем нам не обязана, т.к. время дневное и мы могли бы погулять. Другой номер для отдыха предоставить отказались. В общем за людей клиентов не считают. За последние двадцать лет я встречал такое отношение только в Египте и Турции в девяностые годы в пик сезона, а ведь в отеле были свободные номера. Просто экономили на постелях. В остальном отель средненький, с трудом тянет на 4 звезды. Звукоизоляция плохая, мебель старая, В душе невозможно мыться, так как постоянно меняется давление воды. Единственное достоинство, это хорошие кровати и удобная парковка.Ничего плохого не могу сказать про персонал ресторана, там обслуживали отлично.

Jolie chambre pour petit séjour à Montecatini

Jolie chambre dans une petite villa de 6 chambres. C'est une dépendance d'un grand et très bel hotel qui tout proche. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié se fait d'ailleurs dans cet hôtel. La chambre est confortable, la salle de bain un peu petite. La villa est proche des thermes de montecatini dans un quartier calme. Le parking est gratuit. L'accès au centre ville peut se faire à pied.

molto bene. Riposato benissimo un piccolo appunto sui problemi di oscuramento della porta del bagno che al mattino ti schiaffa una luce accecante in camera per il resto bellissimo. La mia bimba spera di tornare presto.; peccato che i meeeting ciclistici ci siano una volta nella vita.Il buffet è da sogno, ma non capisco perchè in mezzo a quel ben di dio manchi solo il bricccone del caffè

Faulty airco a disaster in the hot summer

Airco was so poor that the room was only cooled down the next morning after a night in sweat....And the hotel didnt seem to be bothered, when we complained!!
