"Il contesto è immerso nel verde ed è molto bello e rilassante. Purtroppo sono arrivata la sera ed ho dovuto attendere quasi mezz’ora per il check in perché non c’era nessuno e non riuscivo a rintracciare nessuno né telefonicamente né cercando in altre zone dell’hotel. La mia camera nello specifico non era pulitissima (nel bagno), ed aveva il bagno,compresi i sanitari, a vista nella camera. Non c’era acqua calda nella doccia. "We all loved this place. It is conveniently close to Florence or Sienna so you can take a day trips if you get bored but there are plenty of activities on site. We wished we have reserved more days to stay but we will do that next year."

We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience.
