"So far from a 5 star hotel. The staff is the most unfriendliest staff we have ever encounter. When we pulled in no bellman, front desk is extremely not professional and could care less. Guest experience is close to none. Property isn’t clean, dirt and weeds everywhere. The room is tiny, no iron/steamer. ..."
