Petit beug avec les petits déjeuners mais a été réglé rapidement. Nous avions 2 chambres, une avait un problème de clim mais nous avons été changé de chambre sans aucun soucis avec une chambre plus grande. Donc malgré quelques petits couaks tout c'est bien passé

Matelas sales !! Une propreté à revoir au complet

Très décevant ! Hôtel qui ne lave jamais leurs matelas … soulevez votre draps de lit et vous trouvez votre matelas remplie de poils, de cheveux et de toutes saletés en tout genres !!! C’est tout de même irresponsable de ne jamais aspirer les matelas d’une chambre et de ne se concentrer « que » sur le changement des draps !! Le matelas en plus de ça n’est pas confortable que ça. Les hôtes d’hôtels qui me disent que l’information « va être remontée » mais ne notent pas les informations laissées par les clients je trouve ça drôle pour pouvoir remonter un problème quand on ne note pas ! Bref, ça ne mérite pas 2 étoiles mais 1 et encore certains F1 sont plus propres !!

Taches de brûlé par terre, il faut penser à changer les matelas, ils sont jaunes comme les draps.!!! He suis actuellement dans un ibis budget dans les vosges... tout est propre et neuf .

Petite difficulté de carte d'accès à la chambre bien traitée et réglée par le personnel d’accueil. Mutualisation des déjeuners entre les deux IBIS le WE discutable car faisant sortir les clients sous la pluie s'il pleut (il ne pleuvait pas). Sinon personnel impeccable et efficace. Très bien.

Très bien pour le prix

Séjour de deux nuits en famille avec deux chambres. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Nous avions un très gros chien (Leonberg) et avons payé 12 euros de supplément par nuit mais aucune remarque sur la taille du chien. En raison du feu d'artifice du 14 juillet et de la musique qui a suivi, nous avons été obligés de fermer la fenêtre et de mettre la climatisation en route. Celle-ci fait un bruit de circulation d'eau très dérangeant. Dès que nous avons pu, nous avons ouvert à nouveau la fenêtre. Ma petite fille a été malade dans la nuit et a taché légèrement ses draps. Je l'ai signalé dès le matin à la femme de ménage qui a été très compréhensive et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. Hôtel très correct pour une ou deux nuits.
