Exactly what we needed - a room for an overnight stop over on our way south. Clean with all the basics necessary just a short few minutes off the Autoroute. Check in and out very swift and efficient. And all at a very good price

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Hotel was really cheap and room was small, but very clean and so easy to reach from motorway for a quick stop over. Breakfast was simple but dining area was spotless and baguette really fresh.

Convenient stop off the main autoroute, restaurants a short drive. Quiet, comfortable clean and warm.

Nice room when we found it.

When we found the property we had to go to the hotel next door to checkin. Again 3 floors and 9 sets of stairs to get to the room. Food in the next hotel was good

No frills but very convenient and good value.

Perfect for a stopover on route to the alps. No frills, hot shower and comfortable bed. Ok breakfast especially as it’s free. Restaurant in the hotel next door was quite nice.

The property was good, the room was small but adequate, comfortable and clean. The check-in process was a pain, the reception desk was closed, the check-in machine tried to charge us again, eventually we saw the hand written sign advising us to go to the Campanile to check in, once there the process was fairly smooth although the receptionist tried to charge us again. On the day of our departure, the cleaners banged our door at 10am and 11am for cleaning despite the check out time being noon, this was irritating especially when they opened the door with the code, why does the hotel not know who is there, if my key has been handed in or if its after noon, clean otherwise do not.

Venant régulièrement dans hôtel:1 ière déception.

Arrivée à 18h15. Accueil fermé. Recours à la borne d'accueil. Après plusieurs tentatives, la borne fonctionne partiellement : elle ne délivre pas la clé de la chambre. Obligation de se rendre à l'accueil du Campanile pour obtenir la clé. Le ménage de la chambre n'est pas fait. Changement de chambre. La clé ne fonctionne pas. Une nouvelle clé est nécessaire. Accès à la chambre 19h30.

Alors, pour faire simple, nos chambres étaient réservées à 2 familles en même temps. Nous étions couché vers 00h30, après notre arrivée vers 23h30. 1h du matin le veilleur de nuit frappe et rentre dans la chambre nous demandant ce qu'on fait là, car la chambre était aussi attribuée à une autre famille. Le pire surtout c'est qu'il entre comme ça. Ensuite un bruit de pas lourd car il courait partout pour trouver une chambre pour les autres. Pas dormi avant 2h30 du matin pour un réveil à 6h avec évidemment une insonorisation inexistante, des bruits continue dans le couloir, mais aussi dans la sdd, de l'eau qui coule et j'en passe. Ah et arriver à 23h30 dans une chambre fenêtre ouverte, à peine 18 dans la chambre, ça fait frais en arrivant.
