"The hotel was as advertised… very good value and the stay was pleasant. Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were very nice although the sofa bed mattress could use replacing. Overall it was a very good experience. The breakfast was included was also good."

"I stayed six nights. Unfortunately, I was awakened on two consecutive nights by the presence of rodents/mice. On the first night, they ate small chocolate eggs that were placed on the bedroom windowsill. I gave these gnawed eggs to the front desk. The staff member was shocked and did not know what to say. "Parking a bit of a faff as the car park the hotel has an agreement with is not the carpark directly next to the hotel. Instead it is further away. Rooms are not cleaned and towels are not replaced unless you ask. Not really acceptable given the cost of the hotel each night. Breakfast was okay but if you come down at peak times there is little left. Seems they struggle to stay stocked when there are more people."

"Das Personal des Hotels war freundlich und hat einem immer einen Tee oder Wasser angeboten, wenn man ins Hotel kam. Die meisten Bewertungen sind sehr positiv und daher haben wir vielleicht auch etwas mehr für den Preis erwartet. Wir hatten Frühstück dazu gebucht für 18 Euro pro Person. Leider waren die Teller, die angebotene Flasche Wasser sowie die kleinen Marmeladengläser mit vielen Schlieren versehen. Auch im Zimmer konnte man sagen, dass es nicht die saubersten sind, da der Spiegel weiße...

"Ostello in ottime condizioni in una zona della città molto viva e con tanti locali e ristoranti nei dintorni. La camerata era molto pulita cosi come anche i bagni. Unica pecca della camerata è il fatto che gli interruttori della luce accendano le lampade in ogni stanza e non solo della singola zona letto, cosi da risultatare abbastanza fastidioso per le persone che stanno già dormendo essere svegliati da altri che invece entrano in stanza a orari diversi e che giustamente hanno bisogno di luce...

"Nous avons eu du mal à trouver le lieu de réception au premier abord vu qu'il se situe dans le bar, mais un trés bon accueil. Un bel appartement qui offre une belle vue sur la place Léopold, la pièce est lumineuse et assez spacieuse. Le lit est de bon confort, mise à part le fauteuil lit qui reste un moins confortable avec les petits bandes trous faisant partie du fauteuil. La douche, la cuisine et le salon reste dans un trés bon état. Pour finir le l'emplacement se trouve au centre de Liège...
