"We stayed for a week and were very impressed after reading some, not so good earlier reviews, however all became clear as this hotel is now under new ownership. "Great location near gondola with access to bars and restaurants within a quick walk. Not too noisy other than road clearing each morning which isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast is a small selection but has great cakes and meat. Comfy bed and bath in room which is a must. Great to be able to make tea in communal area. Parking is anywhere on the street so may not be as lucky as we were if you get there at the wrong time. You’ll also need a 4 x 4 car with snow tyres otherwise chains will limit your...

The breakfast is okay...not great but not bad--and it's included in the price so no complaints there. Beware this hotel is on the hill so you will need to drive or walk a bit to get back and forth from town but the view is killer so it's worth it."
