The staff was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best ones i've ever had at a hotel. If I have to stay at another hotel soon in this area I am picking this one. Timothy was a huge help for us and everyone else in our group staying there.

Our floor was full of young children when we tried to access our room. There were about 35 children sitting in the hallway. We couldn’t access our room. We told the staff and they got the people out of the hall. After we got to our room we heard tapping on our door and there were children in front of our door playing. We decided not to stay. The staff was very understanding and apologetic. They said we would get a refund and to check with Expedia to make sure it happens.
