"-Parking - there is a parking lot that has enough spaces for the number of rooms they have. -Breakfast - food was fresh and there was a good variety of things to choose from. We had a bumpy stay. I booked through Hotels.com because when I called the hotel to see if they would price match (to avoid nearly $100 in fees), they said no. Problem 1: We arrived at 11pm (coming in town after working a full day) and they no longer had our 2 queen bed room. Would we be willing to take a king with a pull out? Not really, but what other choice did we have. Problem 2: The room they gave us did not have a pull-out sofa. We are a family of 4 and a king bed is not enough for us to sleep in. Problem 3: The girls at the front desk, while very nice, were unable to problem solve. After I mentioned that they could at least bring up a pool chair and bedding for one of my kids to sleep on and they said they had no extra bedding. The front desk called back a minute later and said they think they had a room, but they wanted to make sure there was a pull-out sofa. There was, so we switched rooms. Problem 4: The room smelled musty and we had to kill two stink bugs. It made me very nervous about what else was lingering. But....my car was the only other option for a place to sleep. The rooms also do not match the pictures online. This could be because they're going through a renovation, so this is what the finished product will look like (??), but it was definitely false advertising for us."

"Parking was rough when there was a conference being held for a couple hours during our stay. At other times it was easy to find a spot and it was conveniently located. Well located and beautiful building. Clean facility "

"Clean but need to let front desk know that the toilet kept running and the chain came off handle and it was rusted need fixed. "

"I loves our room.. the court yard was so cute and beautiful. The staff was so nice and helpful in anything that we needed. Our first bed and breakfast experience and it was a great one!"
