"I want to start by saying that the view at this place is absolutely amazing. The vibe is calm and zen—the pond, the creek, the waterfall in the mountains, and the friendly, kind staff all make this place worth it. However, if you pay attention to small details, you may notice some downsides. Some amenities were very old or didn’t work well. For example, the toaster was old and rusty, and the refrigerator was outdated and made loud noises that made it hard to sleep. Also, the light above the stove didn’t work, so I had to cook with very little lighting. Overall, everything looked clean, but when I wiped the dining table and the countertop, the cloth came out dirty. The floor was also dirty, and the worst part was the sofas—both were very dirty. I had to put a blanket over them so my kids could sit on them. On a positive note, the beds were nice and clean, and the bathroom was clean as well. Thank you!"

"There was a dead spider on my bed. There’s also no cell phone service at all in this town. They have WiFi. Everything closes at 8pm or earlier. Easy room access. Check in and check out were very easy. Room was clean for the most part and beds were somewhat comfortable."

The door staff truly outshined everyone—they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and incredibly caring with our luggage. The team handled everything with genuine care and professionalism, and I truly appreciated that they refunded those nights during a difficult situation. I was also traveling with my service dog, and they treated both of us with kindness and respect, which meant a lot. The hotel itself is clean, inviting, and has a great atmosphere. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would absolutely stay here again."
