Filme de terror

Horrível, pior experiência, atendimento. Instalações limpeza a pior que já tive como experiência. Não entendo como a plataforma coloca um local desses como opção de hospedagem. Acabei ficando poucas horas no local de uma estadia que era do dia 08/Ao 09/12.

para Hostel Encanto de Mongaguá nota ZERO

Infelizmente não fui atendido nesta pousada cheguei na frente tudo fechado perdi meu dinheiro da estadia por que nenhum funcionário me atendeu ou seja não consegui fazer o chekinho , gastei com pedágio gasolina e com meu tempo ,SOU CLIENTE DO HOTEL.COM A MUITOS ANOS MAS FUI OMILHADO CHEGANDO NA POUSADA NO DIA 12 de novembro .

CORRA DESSE LUGAR

Gente corra desse lugar, péssimo, sujo, não tem ninguém para auxiliar, a piscina cheia de lodo, minha rinite atacou de um jeito que vocês não tem noção eles queriam nos colocar em um quarto fedendo a mofo sem janela, troquei para um outro quarto mais caro porém as pernas estavam enferrujadas e passou a madrugada toda batendo não consegui dormir
