Our stay was great! The loft was clean and spacious..the only downside was the lack of blankets for the sofa bed (there was none!) and there was only sheets/comforter on the bed. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place and would return!

We stayed 3 nights in the 2-bedroom suite and it was excellent. Very clean and the kitchen had ample dishes and cutlery. We had good weather and took advantage of the very nice roof-top deck. Property is in a great location and you can walk to everywhere in downtown Moncton. Had to pay for parking in the lot but, it was very convenient to have this option.

A nice apartment in downtown Moncton

Pros: in downtown, parking (with a fee) is right there, clean and comfortable unit Cons: if you plan to use the kitchen there is no dishwasher provided, unit has a washer and dryer but no detergent

Everything was modern and clean. The communication and ease of check-in/-out was very good. The cleaning crew were all very friendly and helpful. The only negatives would be no elevator, so going up to the 3rd floor with luggage and groceries was sometimes challenging. The washing machine was very loud but cleaned well. I would definitely book again and would suggest these apartments.

I will be completely honest in this review. The unit was very clean, well lit and cozy. A nice little kitchenette and decking area (not accessible from the room) just a few steps away from the room. Due to the location, it is not quiet but that should be expected. Kitchen staff from the restaurant across the street smoke cigarettes at the entrance of the property which is directly below the real bedroom’s window. The property should address this. This building DOES NOT have an elevator and does not disclose this in the listing. We were on the third floor with lots of luggage at the end of our month-long trip. On a hot day, this was extremely inconvenient for us. We booked this property as we really wanted two bedrooms. Don’t be fooled! The second “bedroom” at this property is simply a bed surrounded by curtains. This was extremely disappointing! This also is not disclosed in the listing. Also beware of the hidden fees. The property will charge you for parking whether or not you request or need it. They will refund it if you contact them. Other hidden fees are some levies not disclosed on Expedia. Super disappointed as this property has so much going for it and so much potential.

I booked my suite for a weekend trip to Moncton. The location was central and close to where I needed to go so I could walk. Entering the building it was heavily scented. I don't have a sensitivity to that sort of thing but am aware that it would bother some people. Entering my suite I was pleasantly surprised at first. However over time I started to see that there has simply been some very basic renovation done to a old property to give the place a look of sophistication, but looking closely it was not quality work. Some items like towel racks are absent, air exchanger didn't work, and the shower drain plug was broken. I spent very little time in the room my first evening. Dropped bags and left. I came back late and headed to bed after a few phone calls. When I woke up in the morning I started to notice a bad smell. It may have come from the restaurant below (Lobster Bar) or trash cans out side, but it smelled of distant dumpster, or dead rodent. I left for the day at 7:30 AM and returned around 4:00 PM. The smell had not gotten any better. I called the virtual front desk and let the young lady know I was leaving and why. She assured me she would check me out and have management call me. No one has ever called me, and I was not checked out properly. I had to check myself out online the next morning. This was a bad experience that ended in me paying for two nights while cutting my trip short by a day because of a bad odor. I would not recommend this property.
