We first got a room next to the elevators which was very noisy, i believe room no 310. The room was also very dark with a tiny window looking onto the next office building in close proximity. The staff agreed to give us another room but only the following day since we already used the bed to recover from get leg awoken by the noise. That was a bit ridiculous. Breakfast was good but not very well organized/replenished as it was busy. The staff also found it objectionable for us to have our breakfast in the garden although it was nice weather. At the end we managed but then dear fellow guests had to smoke their objectionable cigarettes next to us spoiling it all.

"Location is ideal, only 10 min walk to train station and bit less to lake. All staff were great. It is a Viking tour hotel so you do get a lot of people staying but the hotel facilities can handle it. Breakfast was a wide range the only criticism is that the hot food isn’t hot.
