Moiwayama Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Comfortable resort hotel, with a lovely onsen (hot springs), 3 indoor & 1 outdoor pool, sauna etc! Lovely views. Peaceful location in the hills, golf course. Regular free shuttle bus from nearest station which is well connected to Sapporo & airport. All rooms are smoking so it smells a bit, but very clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Better for earlier risers as breakfast finishes at 9:30 and checkout is 10am... Take everything you need as it's in the middle of countryside so it's not easy to pop out unless you have your own car. Better book the full meals plan.

They have great spacious rooms, great amenities, staffs were english spoken, near shopping district and have a great bath room with personal hot tub.

Staff are not helpful. They are not honest about the room description and didn’t mention that rooms face train tracks and get lot of noise in the night. We had to pay extra 24,000 Yen to switch to non-track facing rooms. We had already spent 225,000 yen for two rooms and that was additional on top of that. We have travelled around the world, and have seen hotel staff go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. This place, not so much. Very strict about taking out any food from the breakfast area. We had paid for our breakfast, but our teen couldn’t wake up on time for breakfast. I wanted to take one small pre-packaged sealed icecream container (literally 5 spoons worth) to the room to give it to him. The lady at the entrance of buffet place was so rude. She snatched it from my hand and yelled. They should get some lessons in hospitality industry before running a hotel. Avoid this hotel. Stay at Marriott/Hyatt etc western properties if you want to be treated well. This was an expensive stay, but poor staff behavior completely ruined it for us.
