"Great stay!"

"I booked at the Hotel for a few nights, it was lovely from the outside on arrival, considering the reviews and stars allocated, I think it was misleading, when we arrived we had no assistance with luggage to our room, the service was amenable but not high. when we went into the lift, it was not clean it was in fact very dirty had not been cleaned. Moving to hallway upstairs and our bedroom the carpet had never been vacuumed and it was not at all clean. I was surprised the visuals online looked completely different, On the mattress that was supposedly clean we found a lot of hairs and random bits. It didn't seem thoroughly cleaned and I was sure it was a breeding ground for bed bugs. Although we didn't get bitten, the though of the dirt in the bed, which we attempted to clean, remained in back of our minds. Basic things like hair dryer where missing from room, and I have to go and collect. which was fustrating, their were not enough hangers in room. No fridge, No safe meant you could leave any food or valuables in hotels, and had to take it with you. I requested milk from hotel but they said they did not provide, I had to get a special delivery for milk from outside into hotel at 2am it was annoying. if your looking for a bed, and not worried about dirt and messiness, not worried about cleanliness then go ahead and book, I cant see myself rebooking here again, it provided a stay but not a lovely memorable experience which I was expecting to be honest."

"Room wasn’t ready. Was assigned another room that the tv and the phone didn’t work. The chair in the room was stained as well as carpets. I will say that regardless, the staff stepped up right away to fix the tv and phone."

"A reasonable budget choice with pro & cons; The good: close to the RER, close to several restaurants, really friendly check in, room well equipped with kitchen bits, bathroom & shower a great size, wifi good The not so good: the corridors are very run down & give poor first impression, the noise outside at night is horrendous - people leaving restaurants drunk etc, the security deposit is actually charged to your card (not just a hold) Would I return? Hard to say, but you can’t dispute the excellent price, just bring earplugs."

"Disgusting, really dirty accommodation. Filthy bedding and had to be moved - next accommodation was dirty too - this ruined the holiday . Also in need of repair and refurb. Such a let down and worst Disney property we’ve ever stayed in. Don’t feel like this was fit for being rented out "

"Hotel staff were so lovely I arrived 1 hour early for check in was allowed to use toilet facilities and then was checked into my room early which was helpful I was travelling with a 9 month old and 5 year old, I was allowed to use hot water facilities for my babies bottle although it would have been better suited if there was a kettle in the room. It’s very family friendly with toys in the lobby for children. We had breakfast there was a range of items and the staff was very friendly. We found it was super clean and room was well maintained throughout. The walls are bit thin and it is a basic room but overall great stay. Very close to RER and it’s super easy to use to Disney just 2 stops 6 minutes and supermarket just up the road"

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and a good size, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is a big plus—only about 10 minutes from Disney, making it really convenient. There’s also on-site parking available for a reasonable fee, which I found very helpful. The room included a kettle for making tea and coffee, which was a nice touch, and there was a good selection of TV channels for entertainment. One thing to note is that room service isn’t automatically provided unless you request it. The only downside was that the room felt quite warm, and I couldn’t get the air conditioning working (if there was any), which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel as a great value-for-money option, especially given its location and amenities."
