"Staff at check in rude and dismissive. Paid up front and then when I left I checked my bank account and tried to charge me not once but twice! Expedia also took money for a cancel booking for this 3 day stay and refuse to refund it even though hotel agree as they didn’t get money… so won’t be using Expedia or staying here again.. the manager of Pullman, was helpful once I finally got ahold of them but again the check in guy never bother to even tell her and I had to follow up and demand to speak to her! "

"The room was clean and nicely decorated - it does look just like the photos. Comfy beds (even the sofa bed in our family room) and decent shower. Nice touch of having a Belgian sweet for each of us when we arrived. We didn’t need a lot of interaction with the staff but the guy who checked us in was helpful. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The only real downside was the location. It was convenient for the Gare du Midi and for walking into the historic centre (about 20 mins) BUT it was rough and didn’t feel that safe. We did not want to leave the hotel in the evening, especially as we were with our two young children, due to feeling unsafe and dodgy characters around. We did eat in the BarBQ restaurant on the same square twice and would recommend that."

"The room has a lot of space, very clean and comfy bed. Amenities is good. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. Location is close to Midi but a bit walk to the center in a rough area. "

"The rooms are pleasant and quiet, the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to Brussels and the staff are very kind and courteous. Would very much recommend them!"
