"This hotel was located in a great location and extremely convenient to the train station and downtown area. They staff was very helpful and professional. They were able to answer all our questions and provided great recommendations of places to see and where to eat. Would definitely stay here again."

"Highly recommend this hotel! It was very reasonably priced so I was a bit nervous that it would be too good to be true, but it was absolutely lovely! We were able to walk there from the train station and cafes, restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance. We booked both a king size room and a twin room. Both were spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. We only stayed for one night. I wish we could have stayed another so we could have experienced the breakfast, which I heard from other guests, was spectacular. We arrived early in the morning, well before check-in time, but one of our rooms was actually ready and they allowed us access to the room immediately. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also helped us book a van to get us and our many pieces of luggage to the airport very early in the morning. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! You will not be disappointed staying here."

"This hotel is located farther from the center of Bologna, so be prepared for long waits for taxis and Ubers, as transportation in the area is both limited and expensive. The property itself is modern and comfortable, with spacious rooms and large bathrooms, a definite plus for Italy. The staff was friendly and helpful; however, they did not follow up on the Wi‑Fi issues I reported while staying on the 5th floor. I needed reliable internet for work, and although they said they would look into it, the problem was never addressed. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, offering Italian pastries, eggs, cold cuts, and specialty coffees. Having breakfast on-site was convenient since there are few options nearby. Overall, the experience was positive for the price, but the location and unresolved Wi‑Fi issue are worth noting."

"We traveled with my mother who is in a wheelchair. The accessible Room was excellent, parking was right in front of the room with a ramp. The shower in the room was perfect for her roll-in access. The room was large and had plenty of space for three people, luggage and a wheelchair. The main entrance, Bar and Restaurant were all accessible and perfect for a drink or meal right onsite. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful."
