"Very quiet and isolated from the streets. Convenient access from main road but do require some experience of driving skills since it's uphill and downhill."

"Down a narrow road flanked by mosquito filled trash strewn rice paddies, dirt and gravel parking lot, soi dogs, loud thumping music at 4 am. Very hard mattress set in top of permanent concrete platform. Leaking a/c that was a fixed with a piece of wood that pointed directly onto mattress. Busy body in keeper that dug through our trash bag. "

"Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Only problem is that parking is congested at night. But the staff parking attendant was helpful in finding a spot. Have stayed here several times. Will continue to use again when I go thru Saraburi. "

"Nice ambience and location next to Palio is just great for the price paid. For a short stay, hotel is fairly clean and comfortable but the service there is almost none due to staff inability to communicate in English. Not recommended for the disabled and elderly as there are no elevators."

"There were a few downsides, but overall I was satisfied and would consider staying here again.
1. I was very pleased with the room design and cleanliness.
2. The biggest issue was the unstable shower. At one point, the hot water stopped completely and I had to use cold water, which was quite inconvenient. When I called the staff, they fixed it quickly and restored the hot water. However, the system itself seemed unstable—about every 30 seconds, the water pressure would drop and the temperature would turn cold, then return again. This was a bit stressful.
3. The sliding door between the bathroom and the bedroom didn’t seem level, so it would slide open on its own even after being closed.
4. There were some small winged ant-like insects in the room, and even some dead ones.
5. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful.
6. The breakfast was generally good. I especially liked the Vietnamese noodle soup.
7. After checking out, I realized I had left something in the room. When I contacted them by email, they quickly found it and sent it to my home, which I really appreciated."
"Compliments:
Exceptional Staff: Every staff member was polite, helpful, and professional.
Atmosphere: Beautiful, quiet views and a well-sized pool.
Food & Perks: Breakfast exceeded expectations (loved the fruit/milk). The free snacks in the lobby and karaoke were great for the family.
Areas for Improvement:
Security & Privacy: Locks in 2/4 rooms were broken, causing long delays. Curtains in Bedroom 1 & 2 were too short/narrow, compromising privacy.
Hygiene: Bedding was wrinkled and some smelled musty, raising concerns about cleanliness. Common floors were sticky and required re-mopping.
Safety Hazards: Pool railings are rusty and sharp. Outdoor wiring looks unsafe (secured with tape), posing an electric shock risk. Broken chairs in the common area should be removed.
Bathrooms: Unpleasant odors and poor drainage. Lack of a wet/dry curb makes the floor dangerously slippery. Lighting is too dim for seniors.
Maintenance: Fix kitchen sink leaks and provide clothes racks/shelves in every room.
Pool & Slide: Add anti-slip strips to the slide and extend the pool ladder deeper for children.
Dining: Prices are high."
"Hotel look, pool area, breakfast, staff all great.
Slightly let down on a few areas:
Cocktails were weak and made incorrectly (hint, mojito is white rum)
The western food wasnt great for the price but im being very critical here.
There was no coffee pods in the room, only mokka and decaf. The fridge was warm when we arrived and wasnt very efficient. Lots of power cuts including in the middle of our dining.
Great potential but needs a few things sorting out. "
"Pool was very enjoyable. Staff extremely helpful with alerting me about a flat tire that I had on my rental vehicle. Ate at Acala Restaurant and it was an excellent dining experience. Breakfast was good. Entire experience was top notch. Will definitely be back. Will bring my clubs next time. "

"Always a very nice stay! Some of the facilities were not open which was a surprise. Maybe because of slow season, was a bit inconvenient as we had to travel to a different area of the resort to use some. I stay here a lot, never ran into this before. Only the restaurant which is understandable if there are few guests during slow season."
