"We visited last week and loved how conveniently located the hotel is—just 30 minutes from Ausable Chasm and only 10 minutes from Plattsburgh Beach. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of varieties to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. We stayed in a two‑queen bedroom, and it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers great amenities, including convenient on-site parking, which made our stay even easier. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back."

"Bel hôtel bien situé avec un bon petit déjeuner, les chambres sont propres. Le seul bémol est que la chambre n’est pas nettoyé après une nuit, seulement si vous passez 3 nuits après la deuxième nuit la chambre sera faites. A la réception lorsque questionner sur ce sujet ont nous a répondu que c’était le standard de IHG cette pratique sans aucune autres explications."
