Shower water spilled out onto floor when showering. Entire hotel was clean. Fridge did not get cold. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall an average experience. Would stay here again. "

"Hostel was very clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. The host was nice and responsive. We stayed here in the off-season (November) and had it all to ourselves except for one night, when a group of four rented another room. "

"There is mold in the shower that probably cannot be cleaned. But also the location is great. Also the water does not give constant hot/cold water temperature and can be hard to take a shower"

"Noisy, peeling wallpaper, broken mirrors, toilets that constantly block. Breakfast was shocking - cook can only do fried eggs, boiled sausage and salad. No hot water three mornings out of seven. Phones can't call outside of hotel. Pay movie channel not available to guests. Gym and spa closed. Staff can't speak any English. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid, avoid, avoid!"

"The best hidden gem hotel in UB. Ideal location close to everything above of all the family run small business gives you bed&breakfast fell , with even better guest care by a grandma host. Donot be fooled by the low price it’s very clean and kind of quiet corner. "
