"The elevator was broken down every day of our stay. We were on the 6th floor and we are both disabled. No heat , had to use a space heater. Breaker in the room kicked off twice. Broken window in the hallway just 6 inches off the floor with spiked glass in it. Unsafe for children. No refund or compensation ..."
