We were a group of three adults and fit nicely into the place, two in the upstairs room and one on the fold-out bed downstairs. In the specific apartment we stayed in there was a narrow little mini-spiral staircase between the two floors that we found charming and fun, but perhaps worth noting in case you have mobility issues. "The room looked clean but the air conditioner did not work at all. Hotel staffs told me to turn-on and wait for 3-5 minutes for proper working condition but the unit blows hot air and bad order all together. I wanted the open the window for fresh air but bug screen was not installed. Plus, no refrigerator in the room. The water pressure was not adequate and lukewarm.
