Cheguei e nao haviam feito a reserva. So consegui quarto porque um hóspede desistiu. Quarto cheirando a mofo, cheio de pernilongo, banheiro com cortinas mofadas e pouco papel higiênico. Energia ficava oscilando e as 6h da manha foram varrer bem na janela do meu quarto. Piscina tb estava suja.

I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer ...
