"We got to the hotel and was informed that there was no AC or water by the valet service. We asked for self parking and the valet informed us of the wrong directions. We get to the parking deck and the smell of weed on the elevator was overwhelming and awful. We check in leave for a while. When we come back we turn all the faucets on for a long time per their instructions, and the water doesn’t get hot. One of our travelers tries to get in the shower and the ground is so slippery she falls and almost gets a concussion (we are fairly young so shouldn’t be an issue we run into.) We go downstairs for an unrelated reason, and the front desk is telling people that there is no hot water, they don’t know when it is going to be back on. We go to sleep and leave the next morning. We come back and everything is back up and fine so we go to bed. At 4 in the morning we are awaken by a carbon monoxide sensor going off in the room beside us. We go down to the front desk to inquire and the dude doesn’t understand us. He asked if we wanted another room (we said no), he called the room?, asked us if it was a noise complaint?, and just said he would call security and just waved us away. We were scared there was an actual issue with the carbon monoxide so we left at 5 in the morning. At the beginning of the stay they took a 50$ security deposit. It’s been over a week and it’s still pending on my bank account. You can’t call them they never answer. And their service is awful. Do not go here "

"A very dated property, though efforts were clearly made to renovate. The staff was friendly, but slow and seemingly reluctant to answer the front desk phone- e had to ring several times to get a response. The furniture in the larger suites was very worn and though the property appeared clean, the last night, a roach climbed right onto my bed! Compensation: a free breakfast… No thank you"

"Location is super convenient to Olympic Park, GA Aquarium, World of Coke, etc. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an extra charge for the valet parking which is the only option available, wish there was free self parking included but the valet service was easy and very quick. The room was very clean as well. A nice bonus is the convenience store around the corner from the hotel entrance. Overall we were very pleased and won’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in Atlanta."
