"Took a long time to check in late at night. Shower drain was clogged but front staff got the maintenance team on it quick! There was a lot of room updating going on around our room which the staff was apologetic about."

"Nice hotel good value. It’s in downtown Minneapolis. They roll up the streets pretty early in downtown Minneapolis. Impossible to get a coffee around there in the weekend morning. Your best bet is thev Nicollete diner down the street, pretty much need a car to get there. Restaurant is pretty good too in the hotel"

"From check-in to check-out, the staff were superb! Friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. The hotel is nicely positioned for our vacation activities, and the social hour and breakfast were much appreciated as always! I see groups gathering or playing games in the atrium all the time, which keeps most noise away from the guest rooms. Just another bonus to this amazing hotel! You'd never know it's been around since I was a kid-it's like it hasn't aged at all!! Can't wait until our next visit!"
