I would never stay here again. No electricity when we arrived, but that was due to a car accident. Manager had. I way to contact any guests. Hotel was terribly dirty. Garbage and needles in bushes. I didn’t feel safe at all. Location was nice. Like the Applebees restaurant was convenient.

The Staff is Excellent. The breakfast is delicious. The room was updated and modern; it had a little fridge a microwave, coffee maker, TV and closet...super comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels; there was shampoo, conditioner, soap and extra toilet paper. The sink area had hand soap, moisturizer and a hair dryer...the air conditioner and the floor carpet just need a better cleaning...but I definitely recommend it.

Used to be my go to hotel when visiting, not sure I’ll be back for a while. Jetted tub didn’t have working jets. Low water pressure in shower and toilet. Laundry machines were under repair. Sauna had trash (empty chip bags) Always low on spa towels. Made me feel bad for asking for new bath towels (this was a 5 night stay) Breakfast was meh with limited hours (6-9am) Eggs weren’t worth putting on the plate, gravy for biscuits and gravy was awful, no sausage flavor at all. Other breakfast options were decent though.

Stayed at this hotel many times and always a great price and good stay when I’m in the twin cities. This last visit was noticeably less clean. Shower felt and linens looked dirty and unsure of the floor was vacuumed. Did not feel comfortable during my stay as we felt grossed out by the uncleanliness

The location and price brought us there. The first room we were assigned had a terrible smell. I asked for an alternate room, which staff accomodated.. It was ok and we stayed overnight there. Just saying- The hotel needs lots of cleaning and updates. Examples- dings in many hallway walls , grouting in bathroom floor and sink backsplash were poorly done. Staff didn't tell us about continental breakfast so we missed out on the opportunity. Seems like more staff is needed for maintenance. repairs and at check in time to.give information
