"We were here for a conference and stayed 6 nights. The room was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable and we had no issues with anything.
The staff was professional and friendly. They were able to answer any questions.
The Chuck's at this location is also amazing. Good food, great service. My daughter and her friends were there daily and raved about everyone

Be careful not to make the same mistake we did by booking the Stay Inn Express instead of the Stay Inn Hotel down the street. "Excellent stay. Clean comfortable suite. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to free parking underground. Our stay was 4 nights and the only slight negative I can think of is the warm items at breakfast were the same everyday. I will definitely stay again when I am back in Toronto. "

"The hotel is a great location right beside the pier, park and downtown restaurants.
The staff was pleasant and the front desk clerk Esteban was very welcoming.

"So originally when we got there, our blanket and sheet was stained there were also ants in the bathroom, so I immediately complained to the front desk where they were super helpful and upgraded us to a better room that was much better cleaned and maintained. We stayed in one of the Jacuzzi suites so I was just going in with higher expectations. If you’re going to stay here just thoroughly inspect your room and if any issues the staff will be happy to help with any issues."

"What a beautifully appointed hotel! Lots of room in the lobby to sit, relax, work or chat. Room was clean and had everything we needed (except the pour-over coffee was not the best). We couldn't get the curtains to close though, so it was too bright in our room for sleeping well. Overall, a great spot and central to everything."

"We really were impressed with the staff. For years we have stayed at hotels at Pearson and I can honestly say that the staff are the best I've encountered.
Also, the hotel is clean and modern.
We were also impressed with the selection at the breakfast area. We had to leave on the shuttle at 6 and everything was set up at 530 when we arrived.
Shuttle service was excellent!
