"Booked this hotel specifically bacause they have a swimming pool which i needed for my disabled son. After checking in and asking where the pool was i was told that it was not available. In fact it has been out of service for months but on checking i found this hotel still offers a swimming pool on its website and through ebookers. Because of this and the hotels location (which would not have been a problem if the pool was available ) we had to travel 90 mins by taxi every day to use an...
