"The location of this hotel is perfect for our needs. Right in the heart of town, and close to our PSU student who lives on Frat Row. My only real complaint was that the bathroom in our room (313) was rather dingy. The shower floor needed a good bleaching, and the areas outside the shower had mildew too. The bathroom door was also difficult to open and close. Otherwise we had a very good experience here, and will definitely be back."

"A great place to stay, with helpful staff. The room was clean and re-cleaned every day. The garden restaurant served a delicious breakfast. My only complaint was the heat air-conditioning the fan was on all the time and was noisy when I got in it was too cold when they fixed it. It was too hot. Then I had to have it fixed again two days later."
