"Our family stayed in Room #305 while visiting the area for a wedding weekend. We arrived late Friday evening and, after a long day of travel, went straight to bed. It wasn’t until Saturday morning, while getting ready, that we discovered the shocking condition of the room. The bathroom contained what appeared to be dried blood splattered across the ceiling and walls. In addition, the bathroom door was visibly damaged and looked as though it had been punched or struck with considerable force. Finding what appeared to be biological residue in a guest room was both disturbing and unacceptable. This was not simply a minor housekeeping oversight—it reflects a serious failure in basic cleaning, sanitation, and room inspection procedures. No guest should ever walk into a room in this condition, let alone discover it after spending the night there. The fact that Room #305 was deemed ready for occupancy raises significant concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness standards and quality control practices. We chose this hotel expecting a clean, safe, and properly maintained room. Instead, we were met with conditions that were unsanitary, unsettling, and entirely inconsistent with what paying guests should expect to receive. It was so disgusting that we ended up not staying our second PAID night and drove back home after our long Saturday event."

"Within 10 minutes of arriving, my toddler’s feet were black from walking on the floor in the room. The pipe that connects to the shower was leaking, so everytime we used the shower, there was a constant flow of water coming from the ceiling above the shower head. We were anticipating having a lobby or gathering area for the group of us to spend some time before bed, but there was no such gathering space. Will def spend the extra money next time to have a clean place to lay our heads."

"While the service and personnel were excellent, the outside grounds were well kept. Litter was all over. The trash bins were not serviced until mentioned to the inside staff who emptied the trash cans. Additional outside service is needed. Room was excellent with prices very reasonable. Breakfast was excellent with variety and a clean dining room."
