"Facilities were clean and well kept. WARNING: What you should know is that Dewey Beach is not like Rehoboth. Rehoboth is quiet, but Dewey is for partiers. This particular hotel was filled with college students who treated it like a dorm room. Screaming in the halls until 3am. There are loud clubs across the street. We were up until 3am both nights given the noise and other hotel residents being really loud. If you're not looking to party, would suggest another area. We are exhausted from this weekend trip which was supposed to be relaxing."
