"The hotel is huge but has no character. The breakfast area feels like a school dining hall. The pool and spa is dull as is the sauna & steam room. Our tea pot was dirty and couldn't be used. The room was ok and being on the 20th floor had great views of Milan but as the hotel is located in an industrial area the views were pretty depressing! Reception staff were always busy and never answered the phone. You need to book spa and pool access even though only a handful of people were using it....
