"The hotel is very beautiful and charming, but unfortunately, the hospitality was quite disappointing. Mornings felt unwelcoming, with staff appearing unhappy and not even offering a simple “hello” or “good morning.” There’s a strange, tense atmosphere that’s hard to ignore. It’s a pity, because the hotel itself is lovely and the breakfast was delicious. However, the staff all seemed stressed or sad, which took away from the overall experience. "
