"Second stay when passing through the area on a road trip. It's a good hotel and some of the best food for dinner and breakfast I've had at a Holiday Inn-quality hotel restaurant. Really a standout, and I would recommend the breakfast package, which is for a "order off the menu" breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A little bit of a drive to dining, etc. in Erie, but we didn't mind since we were just passing through. This stay they were a bit short staffed, which impacted the experience a bit."

"The rooms were nice and I liked the floors very much. The only problem was no elevator to the upstairs so that was a issue for our older dog that can not climb very well. No breakfast either. But instead only the adults got a breakfast voucher from McDonald's right next door, but if you have kids it doesn't include them. All in all a 3 out of 5."

"This is a nice hotel and a good value for the money. It was clean and the room is spacious. The staff are professional and helpful. The only complaint that I have is that the towels were folded inconsistently, which might give one pause to think that they weren't all replaced. The pillowcases also do not appear to be crisp and this may also lead to some suspicions as to whether they were replaced after the previous guest. We have stayed at this hotel twice and it is conveniently located and is a nice choice for an overnighter. Given a choice, I would stay there again,"

"Very clean cabin, beautiful lake view. Love the mattress in the bedroom, very quick response from staff for anything we needed. Love that there is a gas grill available for use but you will need your own grill utensils we used a butter knife and a fork to flip our burgers. Restaurant there was also great, delicious food, friendly staff and great drinks. The "beach" is just a sandbox by the lake. Kayaks are free to use which was really cool, we spent a few hours just exploring the lake and observing local wildlife. Lots of turtles and birds, saw the gosling get a flight lesson and some baby turtles by the sandbox. Parts of the lake are hard to get thru by kayak but worth it for the blooming lotus and close encounters with crane and ducklings. 10/10 would stay here again."
