"The facilities were great. Disappointed our large groups were unable to watch rugby in the bar area. Its a shame they dont utilize the restaurant area for dinner & use the bar as a bar area."

"Beautiful hotel. There was a mix up with check in. I was told that I coujd have early check in by Ella through email. But when we arrived, there wasn't any record of it. So we had to wait over an hour before our room was ready. Other than that, it was pleasant"

Good but was expecting better for 2nd visit
"2nd time staying. Would have been better if got the top floor instead of ground for the lake front view. Since was ground floor facing road and people walking by in front of window, net curtains would be nice for privacy while still seeing the lake."
