The hotel is big and spacious, with plenty of parking. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we all enjoyed the breakfast in the atrium. There was plenty of seating and it didn't feel cramped. The hotel is conveniently located a short drive from downtown Midland and Wye Marsh.

Excellent staff service, clean and good amenities, v.good breakfast. The rooms were not very good, the furniture in the room was outdated and old, door was not closing smoothly and toilet seat was shaky.

What a great hotel! The staff, pool, and hot tub were amazing. Breakfast was also great and diverse. Our experience was unforgettable. The room was clean and comfortable. We are already planning to go back. The soroundings were a plus, restaurants, store and parks make the hotel a great place to visit.

The property is older. Couple leaks around the building. Nice big parking lot but some areas were bumpy with potholes. The pool area was very cool with the layout of the breakfast and lounge area. The hot tub needs some cleaning. Water was murky and smelled funny but the pool was nice. I liked the room we stayed in with the king bed plus the couch. Very spacious. Liked how there was two sinks very convenient. One drain was backed up and drained slow. The shower head needs some TLC as the water didn’t evenly come out and the hot water ran out quickly. Overall it was a comfortable stay, like the lobby with the pool table and arcade game. Need more pool cues though. Breakfast was awesome with lots of hot food and variety for different diets.

My partner and I have stayed here three times now and have always had a great experience. We especially love the pool and hot tub - good size and so bright and warm feeling with the skylights and surrounding windows. Affordable, clean, comfy beds, and close to downtown. Breakfast is fine. Service is great. We arrived a couple of hours early this last time and they allowed us to check in early! Definitely our preferred place to stay in Midland.

Not a fan of the smell, asked to switch to outside room as they have units at the back but found out as soon as we entered it smelled like smoke. Did not stay at the hotel for night told the lady the room smelled and she said shouldn’t as they deemed the rooms non smoking 3 years ago. Did not feel clean.

It is a very nice place to stay. I gave four stars because I thought the pool and hot tub were not clean enough. The water in both was quite cloudy and felt unclean. Breakfast was adequate as well.

The reception was terrific when we arrived and our room was quite nice. Beds were very comfortable. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there was something going on with the pool and hot-tub (the pool water was cloudy and had things floating in it and the hot-tub had brown water. We didn’t use either.

-stayed here 20 yrs ago, place is showing its age. -restaurant on site has limited hours which are NOT posted on website. -keep the pool closed during breakfast hours - screaming kids and echoing pool noise NOT appreciated oduring breakfast. -front staff was fine

Over all the stay was fine. This was supposed to be a nonsmoking property. But there are cigarette butts right outside the door on the ground. The hallway going to the pool was not cleaned the two days I was there. The pool was cloudy. The hot tub was not hot. The breakfast selection was great. The room was ok. I was a little surprised that we got the “upgraded room”. I am afraid to see what a regular looks like. The bed was comfy at least. The shower was so tiny. If you are a big person I’m not sure how you’d shower in there. The staff was very nice. The location is great. You can walk right next door to shopping and food.

Hotel was dark and dated. Kids loved the pool and the atrium style was nice but water was cloudy in the pool and hot tub and there was a terrible rubber/mold smell. House keeping emptied garbage and replaced one towel and plastic cups but did not make the beds. Will try elsewhere next time in Midland.

The kids loved the pool and breakfast buffet. We were on a gymnastics competition day so it was perfect. Beds/pillows very comfortable. Love the microwave and fridge in the room. Great place, good value.

The floors in the lobby and headed to the pool were very dirty and damaged. Pool and hot tub were run down and could be cleaner. Hot tub was not hot, more like bath water. Rooms were ok. Usb plug didnt work.

Excellent pool and indoor terrace! Breakfast was far better than most hotels as well. Rooms are dated but the staff is excellent and maintains the place. We used the hotel as a stopping place for heading to the cottage and for the kids to have a swim. Honestly, highly recommend as the price is fair, location is great for conveniences (not scenery) and staff!

The staff and manager were so great. There was a very busy weekend at this hotel and not one staff seemed frustrated or rude. The pool was cleaned on a regular basis, the breakfast that was included was excellent. The rooms were clean and well looked after. Thank you to everyone that looked after us!
