"Friendly staff and clean rooms"

"I want to start by mentioning our host was actually hospitalized with a health issue when we were visiting, so we just appreciated her efforts to make sure we could get in and have a place to stay -- I'm sure there might have been some extra small touches under different circumstances. Good: spacious shared spaces, big yard, would be nice outdoor living space if the weather cooperated. Very functional kitchen space. Lots of paved parking. Easy to get to town or the highway. Keep in mind: the trundle bed and futon are in what is basically a finished off sunroom- type area with its own heating system -- fine for older kids, but not much privacy. The home is decorated with a LOT of knick knacks, occasional tables, etc. and limited room to maneuver in two of the bedrooms. As our group had 2 toddlers and 2 seniors, we felt the need to move quite a few things out of the way when we first got there. If planning to stay with a group big enough to utilize all the sleeping accommodations, do notice (as the listing clearly indicates) that there are just 1 1/2 baths meaning a single tub/shower. The coffee pot wasn't the right one for the machine, but we simply made do by brewing into a saucepan. Disappointment: the property has somewhat distant views of both the river and inlet, but not access to either. As a birder, I had hoped for that, and felt the listing suggested it was right along the water. Bathroom floor not clean, but I assume that isn't typical."

"Parking was easy and plenty. The pool was wonderful. Breakfast was great! This is my second stay and I would definitely stay again. The views over the River were great! I love Bath!"

"First thing you would notice is that the Inn is a very old establishment. But don't let the age fool you. The entire building inside and out is A+. The bathroom which should in my opinion should be the telltale as to how everything is maintained. Our room was on a 1 to 10 was at the very least a 20! The room rates are affordable, the staff very welcoming. Highly recommended and we will stay here whenever we are in town."

"It’s a little bit hard to try and describe this place, but I will tell you I have enjoyed my stays the people that worked there a friendly. The staff at the counter are good to work with very friendly people. I have not been all the time that I’ve stayed there and I think I’ve lost count cannot complain. It’s it’s just a nice place to stay and the people there are very well mannered and very nice to deal with. I’ve never had a problem."

"Everything was perfect! The innkeepers are lovely and very welcoming. Our room was beautiful, with a great soaking tub. We were welcomed back in the evening after dinner out with ice water and cute little blueberry chocolates. The breakfast was amazing! Served in a beautiful dining room on lovely china. We chose omelets, ham and fresh fruit, which my husband loved. We very highly recommend this little gem in the great town of Bath. Cannot wait to return! "
