Fiesta Americana Reforma

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very polite and useful, i did not eat or went to the bar. But i did tried to order room service and i thought that the prices were extremely high, so i did not order anything. The hotel is right on Reforma street and it is walking distance to almost every monument and restaurants. If you don't like to walk the MetroBus stop is right in front of the hotel. The gym was ok, I did not like that the rooms at night are bright even with all curtains closed. And also the rooms are not noise proof. I could hear every person that pass trough my room and every car honking outside."

"Located on the corridor, a bit closer to downtown San Jose than Cabo San Lucas. Medium sized resort that is well maintained and has exceptional customer service. Being an all inclusive resort, the food was surprisingly better than others. Highly recommend the French inspired six course with wine pairing at their Canto Del Mar restaurant. The upcharge is well worth it. The food at the other restaurants were all great as well. The pool vibe is very chill. Resort grounds are well maintained and clean, although the resort building does show signs of aging and also needs a technology updates. All rooms are oceant front and ours was decent size. I recommend this resort if you are looking for relaxation and without the pressure of a very big and loud resort."

"Absolutely fantastic resort. Staff were more than helpful and friendly at all hours. Service was tremendous, the facilities were great, and the food was incredible. Beach and outdoor facilities were great; overall, there weren't any complaints from my side. Couldn't recommend them any more"

"My family and I had an amazing time at this resort, celebrating my son’s 18th birthday with our family. The experience was truly like no other — from the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and every staff member made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The food options were honestly some of the best we’ve had, even after visiting Cancun multiple times. There was so much variety, and every meal exceeded our expectations. This trip created memories our family will never forget, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service, incredible food, and an unforgettable vacation experience! Special thank you to all the staff and Samayra, who assisted me with several reservations and helped make the most of the resort experience. My only tip would be to add more activities for teens."
