Prime location with soundproof windows

Perfect location - very walkable to every great spot/scene in Polanco. You can't get more central than this. Soundproof windows with blackouts make for great rest and a peaceful home environment. Clean and safe neighborhood (felt nicer and safer than most "nice" areas of Los Angeles, where I'm from). Lastly, ULIV customer service was VERY responsive and helpful for anything that came up.

Highly recommended. This place has everything you need; excellent location, 5 stars rooms, and the front desk personal was unbelievably helpful at every single time we asked him for help. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel.

Small apartment building with 10 units or so. Located in super walkable area of Polanco. Units seem new, a few years old or less. Area seems extremely safe with tourist police abundant.

We had a four night stay in a penthouse apartment. Nice to have a private outdoor space. Would highly recommend this accommodation, so convenient for a wide range for restaurants. Only negative, two nespresso capsules provided, there should be enough for each night of stay. 😀

We liked the location of the property although it is hard to find at first. Very walkable area and great cafe’s nearby! The management team was not accommodating to some of the issues that were found within the apartment and refused to give us a refund. I would rather stay at an actual hotel next time.

This place was very secure and was nearby a lot of shops. The customer service we received everyday at the front desk was spectacular. They went above and beyond for us. The units themselves are great amount of space and have a kitchen. The only downsides we came across were that not all units have AC and if you open the windows there is a lot of mosquitos that come in. However, they were very nice enough to offer us a fan. Another thing was mirrors, the unit we stayed in had 1 single mirror in the restroom so when getting ready it was a little bit of a hassle having to share if not wait for the mirror. Maybe add a mirror to the living area or entrance area or maybe add one in each room. I think that would definitely make it easier for guests. Other than that the place was great, we would very much consider staying here again. (:
