Felt very safe, to get in and out the office sent someone to open and close room door. Also there was food service 24/7.

they don’t give you key to the room and they charge you 200 pesos for each guest comes to visit you and stay even for five minutes. they do not provide you with a good room condition unless you start talk to them aggressively and they are kind of very rude people. I don’t recommend anybody coming from USA to book here.

No es un lugar apto para hacer reservaciones. El check-in establecido y confirmado por Expedia indicaba que era a las 12:09 y hasta las 0:00; Llegué a las 18:00 y mi habitación no estaba lista. Me hicieron esperar 30 minutos. Los administradores del lugar no respetaron mi reservación. Argumentaron un desfase en la reservación y su confirmación. Pero eso es falso porque yo hice mi reservación el 22 de febrero para llegar el 25 de febrero. Indignante que ni el hotel ni Expedia resarza daños. Perdí reservaciones en otros lugares!!!

Realmente fue sólo un fin de semana por cuestiones de escala a otro lugar y me pareció que cumplió las expectativas y fue cómodo y pues en general muy bueno y aparte céntrico y discretos 👍

Un día agradable

La atención fue buena, solo que al pagar no respetaron el costo que decía en la reservación y pague un poco más, por parte de la limpieza estaba regular, el tocador y la mesita de centro estaban un poco polvosas. Pero yo si recomendaría este lugar, solo vayan prevenidos con una frazada, por que se siente mucho frío al interior del cuarto es un excelente lugar muy céntrico de fácil acceso y con lo necesario para pasar un buen rato
