Room and location were great. Staff is a little slow in sending instructions, make you send ID a day before you're arriving making it a bit unnerving but otherwise fine. The time I stayed at 2nd story and it was great, but separate stay at 3rd story hot water was an issue. The water heater is weak not working great. To get it going one has to leave the kitchen faucet running. Also there was a bit of an ant issue around the kitchen sink, the tiny ones.

un lugar recomendado

la experiencia es bastante cómoda ya que es la segunda ves que usamos esa propiedad y nos fue muy cómodo, salvo que tienen que poner un poquito de atención en los sanitarios, ya que la tapa de uno de los baños estaba desprendida y la regadera, la presión del agua salía para todas direcciones menos a la regadera, de ahí en fuera es un departamento increíble y cómodo, gracias

PERFECT

Very nice appartment close to everything in a nice area with close shops. Checkin was very easy and friendly with Leticia who is very responsive for anything you need. Design of the appartment is super cool. So many attention from the owner (coffee, chocolates, etc etc). Everything was perfect. Our touristic trip to mexico was perfect ! would stay here again ! Would recommend it !
